• Shipping Restrictions: 

We currently ship to locations across Karnataka. We may not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

• Returns: 

We accept returns for certain items as outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy. Grocery products, due to their perishable nature, are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

• Refunds: 

Refunds are issued according to the terms in our Refund Policy. We will issue refunds for eligible returns or cancellations, and the refund will be credited back to the Wise Wallets. 

• Exchanges:
