  • To place an order, simply browse our website and select the products you want to purchase. Once you've added them to your cart, proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment information. After confirming your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order for delivery.

    Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

  • We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 90 Minutes. Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible. 

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll assist you with a return or exchange, and we’ll send you the correct items as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and pictures of the damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly. 

  • Yes! We offer digital gift cards that you can use on our website. These gift cards can be purchased through the website and sent via email to the recipient. You can choose from a variety of amounts, and the recipient can use the gift card for any of our products. 

  • We offer a wide selection of organic and sustainably sourced products. Look for the "Organic" or "Sustainably Sourced" labels on our product pages. We are committed to providing high-quality, healthy options for our customers and work with trusted suppliers who share our values. 

  • We accept returns for eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy. If you’d like to return an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. For certain products like groceries, returns are only accepted if the items are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for more details. 

  • We currently deliver to most areas in Karnataka, but delivery availability may vary. At checkout, you’ll be able to enter your address to determine whether we can deliver to your location. We are continually expanding our delivery areas, so check back if we’re not currently serving your area.
